Citibank (Malaysia) extremely poor Customer Service performance

Manager
Customer Service

Dear Sir,

Subject : Your extremely poor Customer Service performance

I settle my financing loan with Citibank in July2007 with Citibank send me the loan account statement date 24Jul 2007 showing the account was closed in 24Jul 2007. Citibank also send me a check (no XXXXXX, date 30Jul 2007) to refund the balance of the money.

I though I will be happy owing my own property but it seen like this is the beginning of the night mare. About close to 2 months of the loan settlement when no news was received from either Citibank or the Citibank lawyer, I began to call Citibank follow up on the issue.

I called and called and follow up for 3 months, finally Citibank sent the relevant documents to your lawyer XX XXX and Partner in late Dec2007. In 3rd Jan2008, my wife and I went to your lawyer XX XXX and Partner office to sign the relevant documents.

Guess what, today is 28Feb 2008; this morning when I call your lawyer XX XXX and Partner office, according to the lawyer these documents was sent back to Citibank in 7Jan 2008 and as of today 28Feb 2008 these documents are still at Citibank office.

Fifty two days had passed and Citibank take no action?

I had cleared my loan and after 7 months I'm still not the rightful owner.

Because of this delay, I can not sell of the properties. Can I charge Citibank for the potential interest lose?

Please speed up your processes.

A very dissatisfy customer.

Yours truly,

p/s If you were I, will you still do business with Citibank in the future?

How to make your voting easy - Tips for Barisan Rakyat or BA Supporter

As Malaysian are well known that the Malaysia election system is not perfect. One BN support seat total voter can be only 5000 voter or 10,000 voter but the other opponent seat can be 50,000 voter or higher.

We also know that or it is commonly believed (just like believe in phantom voter) that someone will group the non-BN supporter to the opponent seat area such that BN can win a seat will small little vote number.

To ensure you can go back to the same vote station for every election, in other word to avoid the non-BN supporter been allocate here and there for every election, the following method is recommended.

This is a method where an elder teach me 10 years ago how to avoid been relocate here and there as a non-BN supporter. I tried and is work and now I shared it with you.

So Barisan Rakyat or BA supporter, you can try this in the coming 8Mar 2008 election to avoid been "mistakenly" relocate to other area in next election.

(Description below is for the first time voter. For experience voter, the main step is the Step no 1)

1. During Election Day, go to the BN service camp (usually setup outside the voting station which usually is a school) to find out where to vote in the voting station.
2. The BN service camp will have people checking for you which classroom is for you to cast your vote.
At this time, they will underline your name, IC etc in your booklet.
3. So you enter the school compound. Usually you will also find a counter setup by the Election Commissioner inside the school compound to help voter to find which classroom they need to go to cast their vote. You can try this counter if you want to ensure you go to the right classroom.
4. So now you queue outside the classroom waiting for your turn to cast your vote.
5. At your turn, you shown your IC to get the voting tickets; One for parliament and one for the state seat. Usually they will call out your name and IC number when they give the ticket to you.
6. You go to the partition box to mark your voting ticket. So at this time you mark what ever candidate you want to support. It can be BN or BA or DAP or Independent which ever you like.

The main purpose you go to the BN service camp to get the service is to let them assume you are their supporter.
Of cause when they chat with you, you can just smile and be friendly.

The benefits of doing so are;
1. They will log you in as their supporter. Every election coming, they will send you card informing you where to go for voting. This will save your time to search where you need to go to cast your vote.
2. They will not simple allocate you here and there. They will only do so if you are non-BN supporter. The elder told me that, for every election his neighbors went to difference voting station but he remains the same voting station for the past few elections.
3. In case you shift to other area (example from Penang to Ipoh ), when you apply to change your voting place, the processing is very effective (within the normal 3 months processing. Note* provided your change the address in your IC).

Of cause by doing so, the non-BN will under estimate of their supporter but on the other hand this will confuse BN with over estimation of their supporters.

For me I just want the convenience during the election time. No need to hunt for my voting station etc.
